In pursuance of the orders contained in CPMG,A.P.Circle,Hyderabad memo NO.ST/4-1(P)/Adhoc/09 dated 10-06-09, the competent authority has approved the promotions/ postings of the following HSG.II (Postal) officials holding HSG.II normbased posts mentioned below to the cadre of HSG.I(Postal) purely on temporary and adhoc basis with immediate effect and posted to the posts mentioned against their names for a period not exceeding one year or till the Recruitment Rules to the cadre of HSG.I are notified and appointments are made according to the Revised Recruitment rules, which ever is earlier

The officials promoted on adhoc basis to HSG.I(Postal) will please note that the promotions are purely on temporary and adhoc basis and will not confer on them any right for regular absorption or seniority in the cadre.

If any Disc/Vig case is pending against any official, the official will not be allowed to join in the new post

On receipt of posting orders, the officials may please be relieved immediately to join in the promotional post

The official should accept/decline the promotion unconditionally in writing within one month from the date of issuance of this order. If the official does not accept promotion within one month, the promotion will be deemed to have been declined and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

The dates of joining of the officials in HSG.I(Postal)posts may please be intimated in due course

Charge reports may please be sent to all concerned .
