moratorium put on printing of advts on postal stationeries will continue .
however circles continue to process advts for printing on mo forms and post office savings bank pass books.
meghdoot cards -- cirlces may procure orders provided client/advertiser should buy the complete print order of meghdoot post cards enblock and the same are not sold across post office counters.
